دعم قدرة المهندس، والمُصمم المعماريّ في تخيل التصاميم الجديدة، والتي تساهمُ في تقديمِ تحفةٍ معماريةٍ حديثة.
الاعتمادُ على الاكتشاف في التعاملِ مع البيئة المحيطة بالمصمم المعماريّ، والتي تساعده على وضعِ مجموعةٍ من التصميمات المميّزة، والتي تناسبُ المجتمع، أو المكان الذي سيتم تطبيق التصميم في الأرض الخاصة به.
مساعدة المصمم على تطوير أسلوبه في اتخاذ القرارات من خلال اختياره للألوان، والخطوط، والأشكال الخاصّة بالتصميم المعماريّ.
